Lisa Innes is a Licensed Massage Therapist at the Danville location with a strong passion to help people feel better. She believes massage is an important part of a holistic approach to health care and health maintenance. She is a graduate from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana and The Institute of Business and Medical Careers in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Experience & Education

Lisa was a farmer and teacher in the Champaign area for many years. In 2011, she relocated to Estes Park, Colorado to make her lifelong dream of mountain living and exploring the Rocky Mountains a reality. As a farmer and teacher, she experienced first hand how effective massage therapy can be for relieving pain, rehabilitating injuries, and stress relief by receiving massage herself and doing bodywork on family members with injuries and pain. She went to school in Fort Collins, Colorado to develop her skills in therapeutic massage and obtain her therapeutic massage license. She spent time working in a spa in Estes Park, and also opened her own small business while there.

What it is like working with Lisa?

Therapeutic touch and aromatherapy with the goal of relieving pain, restoring mobility, and reducing stress are her areas of strength. The modalities she utilizes the most are Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Trigger Point Therapy, Assisted Stretching, Aromatherapy, and Hydrotherapy. Lisa will listen closely to what you need and how your body is feeling to create a massage session incorporating these techniques to meet your needs and assist you in feeling better.

Interests & Passions

In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, exploring natural areas, and listening to music. Hanging out under a canopy of old trees, trail riding, singing, and hiking are all activities she does to restore her soul. She has two cats named Lulu and Kippy. She has a strong love and appreciation for the beauty of horses. One of her personal goals is to visit all of our National Parks.
