Desirae Leemon became a nurse practitioner to provide compassionate, comprehensive care that truly sees each patient as a whole person—not just a diagnosis. Her passion is helping individuals and families feel heard, understood, and supported through every stage of life. Desirae sees patients in our Danville location.
She loves caring for patients of all ages—whether it’s helping a child through a wellness visit, supporting a new mom, guiding someone through a new diagnosis, or empowering older adults to maintain their health and independence.
Desirae believes in taking a holistic approach—looking at lifestyle, nutrition, stress, and mental well-being before jumping to medications.
Her goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space for all patients; whether you choose to vaccinate or not, you will feel respected and supported in your healthcare decisions.
She’s passionate about building long-term relationships with her patients and walking alongside them in their health journey. She believes everyone’s story matters, and she’s here to listen, educate, and partner with you to reach your best health.
