Adi Puckett, Certified Mental Health Coach
Certified Life & Mental Health Coach
Adi Puckett, MMHC, MLCW provides structured support for teens and adults who are stable in daily functioning but need clarity, direction, and follow-through.
Her work sits between struggling with no support and entering or re-entering therapy.
Coaching is not clinical therapy. It does not include diagnosing or treating mental health disorders. It is appropriate for individuals who do not require clinical treatment but would benefit from additional structure and accountability.
Education & Background
Adi holds certifications in Life and Mental Health Coaching, is trauma-informed, and has extensive training in emotional regulation, behavioral alignment, and practical life application.
She works within clearly defined ethical boundaries, remains clinically appropriate at all times, and collaborates respectfully with referring providers when clients are also participating in therapy.
Her focus is not pathology, it is alignment, regulation, and forward movement.
Approach
Between Nothing & Therapy.
Sessions begin with emotional regulation, stabilizing your internal state so decisions are not driven by reaction.
From there, clarity is established:
What is actually happening?
Do your behaviors match your goals?
Once reality is accurately interpreted, sessions move toward practical, measurable steps that align with your stated goals.
Each meeting is structured, forward-focused, and accountability-driven.
You will leave with direction, not just discussion.
Faith-based integration is available upon request and handled with professionalism and respect.
