Chief Development Officer

Ted Nemecz is our Chief Development Officer at Two Roads Wellness Clinic. He received his Bachelor of Arts in General Studies from Eastern Illinois University.

Background & Experience

Over the last 16 years, Ted Nemecz has had extensive training experience from his work with both the Illinois Army National Guard and the Champaign County Sheriff's Office. 

While serving as a First Lieutenant in the Illinois Army National Guard from 2007-2016, Ted coordinated, supervised, and facilitated training for 245 personnel. Furthermore, as the 232nd Combat Sustainment Support Battalion S-1 Personnel Officer, he tracked training requirements and compliance for 900 individual soldiers. 

During the nine years he worked as Deputy at the Champaign County Sheriff's Office, Ted served as a Field Training Officer, Ballistic Shield & Breaching Instructor, and Defensive Tactics Instructor. He provided recommendations to his supervisors regarding retention, termination, and progression through the training curriculum for each newly hired deputy. Finally, Ted appropriately documented and tracked all training to maintain compliance with Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board and Sheriff’s Office policies. 

Other Passions

When he is not working, he enjoys coaching youth football, riding his motorcycle and working out.
