Kathy is a receptionist in our Champaign office. She is passionate about helping people, building connections, and giving back to her community. With a strong background in customer service, she specializes in supporting others through life’s challenges with kindness, respect, and understanding. She believes that even in a world where technology is rapidly changing and face-to-face interactions are becoming less common, a simple smile and a kind word can make all the difference.

Born and raised in Urbana, Illinois, Kathy moved to Arizona in 1998, where she lived for more than two decades before returning home in June 2024 to be closer to family and reconnect with her roots. Deeply committed to service, she volunteers weekly at her church’s Food Store, where she finds joy in helping those in need.

Outside of work and volunteering, Kathy loves spending time outdoors hiking, camping, fishing, and boating. A lifelong animal lover, she also treasures time with family and friends. You can often find her cheering on the Illini or the Chicago Bears, enjoying the energy and excitement of sports.

Kathy brings warmth, positivity, and a genuine love for people into everything she does, making those around her feel seen, supported, and valued.
