Are you a good candidate for and can you benefit from physical therapy?
Are you . . .?
✔ Suffering from chronic pain, stiffness, or tightness
✔ Recovering from an accident or injury
✔ Considering or recovering from surgery
✔ Looking for an alternative to pain medication and injections
✔ Not responding to other medical treatment
If you answered “yes” to any of the above statements, then a comprehensive assessment by a Two Roads physical therapist may be a helpful option to explore.
Do you accept my insurance?
You have many options when it comes to paying for physical therapy treatment.
We accept all major insurance including: Medicare, Health Alliance, BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, Humana, Student Resources, WebTPA, Sana Benefits, and various EAP Providers.
We are happy to look into your individual insurance plan to see what your out-of-pocket responsibility will be.
We also have highly competitive private pay options.
Do I need a doctor's referral for physical therapy?
You can start physical therapy without a doctor's referral since Illinois is a "direct access state."
Occasionally, a doctor's referral is required by your insurance plan. In this instance we will work with you and on your behalf to meet this requirement.
How do I get started with physical therapy services?
Simply schedule an initial evaluation to start treatment.
Or if you are uncertain if physical therapy is right for you, schedule a 30-minute complimentary consultation to learn more about your options and the value we can provide.
Please reach out. We are available to answer your questions or concerns.
Note: Video-based telehealth is available upon request.
