Board-Certified Master Mental Health Coach

Lindsay Froman graduated from Liberty University with a B.S. in Psychology.  She completed a double internship at Two Roads Wellness Clinic before joining as Executive Assistant, taking care of all Two Roads’ needs, both internal and external.

Lindsay’s passion for helping people has led her to become a Board-Certified Master Mental Health Coach at Two Roads Wellness Clinic. She primarily does Christian lie coaching and supports individuals who want to grow in their marriage, parenting, or ability to work through stress management, eating disorders, and trauma. Lindsay received coaching certifications from Light University in: Executive & Organizational Coaching, Eating Disorders, Marriage & Family, Childhood, Attachment, Stress, and Trauma.

In her free time, Lindsay enjoys coffee and conversation with friends, exercising, and spending time with her husband and children.
