If your health insurance is not listed or if it is considered out-of-network, you may still have some coverage. Simply check with our front desk staff and we can verify what your responsibility would be.

  • We have a map below. Our building is on the south side of University Avenue in-between S 5th & 6th street. We are right next to State Farm Insurance and across the street from University Avenue CrossFit & the “West Parking Garage.”

  • We have a parking lot or you are welcome to park along a side street.
