Family Nurse Practitioner

Chelsea Roberts, FNP-BC is a Family Nurse Practitioner at the Mahomet & University Avenue office. She enjoys building relationships and helping her patients reach their healthcare goals. Chelsea enjoys helping patients throughout their lifespan, providing care to infants through adulthood. 

Education

Chelsea is a lifetime learner. She is constantly signing up for classes, seminars, and programs to enhance her knowledge to help provide the best care possible to patients. She graduated from Parkland College with an Associates in Science to be a dental hygienist in 2010. Then in 2016 she completed her Bachelor of Nursing at Lakeview College of Nursing and became a registered nurse. Most recently in 2020, Chelsea earned her Masters of Nursing at Olivet Nazarene University and now practices as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Furthermore, she has a certification from the American Nurses Credential Center.

Chelsea’s passion is driven by the trusting relationships she has built with her patients. She provides her patients with undivided attention throughout their appointments and listens and addresses their healthcare needs. She takes a holistic approach in healthcare and your treatment plan will address not only your physical needs but mental, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. Once you leave the appointment you can trust that she will continue to be responsive to your calls and concerns.  

Chelsea enjoys spending time with her two children, husband, and two golden retrievers.  They enjoy traveling, especially to the beach.  In her free time, you can find her with a book or cheering her children on at their sporting events.
