Living with chronic pain can affect nearly every part of life, from your energy and mobility to your mood, relationships, and sense of hope. You do not have to navigate it alone.
Living Well with Chronic Pain is an eight-week support group designed to help participants better understand the connection between chronic pain, the nervous system, thoughts, emotions, movement, and daily habits. Through education, reflection, practical tools, and supportive conversation, group members will learn new ways to respond to pain and move toward a healthier, more balanced life.
The group is led by Sara Hill, Mental Health Therapist Intern, and will cover:

Your Nervous System and Pain
The Boom-and-Bust Cycle
Thoughts, Emotions, and Pain
Moving Without Fear
Building Your Pain-Management Toolkit
Connection, Support, and Communication
Moving Forward: Creating a Wellness Plan and Reflecting on Your Progress

Cost: $10 per session, or $80 for the complete eight-week group.
