Shipping

Timeframe

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, pending stock. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Item arrival will vary based distance from our warehouse and is contingent on USPS. High volume or inability to maintain stock due to high order volume may delay shipping. Our system is set up to NOT sell a product when it's out of stock, but there could be occasional glitches. We will always notify you if that happens. We will always keep you updated to the best of our abilities.

WE DO NOT OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. WE ONLY SHIP WITHIN THE UNITED STATES VIA USPS.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at a flat rate, based on weight, and displayed at checkout. All shipping is via USPS ONLY.

Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at holly@tworoadswellnessclinic.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Returns

We are committed to providing the highest level of service possible. If there is a problem with your order, please contact customer service immediately at holly@tworoadswellnessclinic.com. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, safety-sealed in the original packaging, unopened. If the package is lost, Two Roads Wellness Clinic, LLC is not responsible for the item. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a week.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at holly@tworoadswellnessclinic.com.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong product, we will ship the correct item at no additional cost to you. If an item arrived damaged or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the unopened product for a refund and place a new order for the product you would like in exchange. Please contact us at holly@tworoadswellnessclinic.com and ship your product to  3545 N. Vermilion St., Danville, Illinois, 61832. Attention: Store Exchange

Return Shipping

To return your product, please contact customer service first at holly@tworoadswellnessclinic.com and then mail your product via USPS to:  3545 N. Vermilion St., Danville, Illinois, 61832. Attention: Store Return

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the refund was due to defects or error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Purchasing of product does NOT enter you into a provider/patient agreement with Two Roads Wellness Clinic, LLC.
