Take the exit toward North Vermilion Street or a connecting road that leads you onto N. Vermilion St.
Continue southbound toward the 3500 block (you’ll pass higher-numbered addresses as you come south).
Look for Prairie Center or medical office signs at 3545 N. Vermilion.
Turn into the parking lot for the clinic complex. Our entrance will be clearly marked.
