Tae’Lr Merriweather is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for providing comprehensive, patient-centered care that honors both physical and mental health, particularly for women navigating life transitions. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grambling State University and a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner Primary Care, from Purdue Global University.

Specializing in Mental Health

Currently, Tae’Lr is expanding her scope by pursuing a Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practice at Purdue Global, with anticipated graduation in June 2026.

With a clinical background rooted in labor and delivery, Tae’Lr has seen firsthand how deeply connected mental health is to overall well-being, and how often these needs go under recognized, especially in women.

She is committed to helping patients who may feel unheard or overlooked in the healthcare system.

Tae’Lr believes in creating a safe, respectful, and empowering environment for her patients. Her goal is for every patient to feel truly seen, supported, and confident in their care plan.

Outside of the clinic, Tae’Lr enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling to new places, and nurturing her love for gardening.
