She strives to create an environment where clients feel acknowledged, understood, and cared for in all life aspects. Maddie’s client-first approach allows individuals to find and build upon their strengths.

Maddie discovered her passion for Social Work unexpectedly and quickly developed a deep love for the profession. She finds joy in witnessing the strengths-based approach positively impact her clients. Maddie has a particular interest in crisis intervention and working with first responders and their families. Having been brought up in a first responder family and worked within the community for six years, she brings a unique perspective to her work. She also has experience working shifts with a fire department in Missouri.

Maddie holds certifications in Evidence-Based Behavioral Practice, Psychological First Aid, Counseling on Access to Lethal Means, Stress First Aid, and Curbside Manner (Stress First Aid for the Street). Finally, she offers Christian counseling upon request.

An interesting tidbit about Maddie is her love for all things Disney!
